Brief: This project provides a sustainable solution to capture the technical requirements and support the management of the examination process within NR for the future of Civils (Structures) examinations, in order to support the upcoming CEFA contract and the Structures examination process going forward.

Process: I worked alongside an existing LD for this project. My main task was to develop the learning solution and to ensure there was a way to provide some online assessment. The project needed to be storyboarded and scripted so that the client had a good understanding of what was going to be developed. Once this was signed off then my task was to develop the training via a mixture of live action video, animated graphics and voice over.

Solution: The final result was a series of how to videos.  They were broken into bite size options so that employees could dip in and out should they need to.
